You can use Site Diary to create construction site diaries. You can automatically generate monthly attendance reports from the data in the site diaries. Both the site diaries as well as the monthly attendance reports are stored in a data base and can be shared from within the app as PDF document.

You enter the attendances of the employees into the site diary. Furthermore you can create jobs, arrangements, hindrances which can be related to the part of a building, the floor and the room. They are created from job blueprints, arrangement and hindrance types so you dont need to enter the same texts multiple times. From the site diaries you can generate monthly attendance reports which collect the attendance data from all the site diaries for all the construction sites containing data for that month. You can create absences like vacation or a holiday which are taken into consideration while generating a monthly attendance report.

Depending on the version, you can import employees or a room book, assign a logo to each company and display it in the header according to the settings on each PDF document.

The construction diaries can be signed directly in the app by the client. Where the customer signature is not saved but for privacy reasons directly written in a PDF. If a days wages bill signed by the client is processed, the customers signature will be lost.

On the iPad as of iOS Version 11 you can drag & drop companies, construction sites, clients, employees and rooms between our apps.

Users can switch between a local database in the document file and an iCloud database. The iCloud database also synchronizes with all our construction site management apps.
